In our three tasteful restaurants, the “Kreuz-Restaurant”, the “Challi-Stübli” and the “Dining Room”, the Konzett family and our Head Chef Heinz Jaberg offer up a daily changing menu of market-fresh local produce. We place a great emphasis on fresh produce and locally-sourced ingredients to create a cuisine which is of the highest quality - delicate and creative. There's no undue messing around - we believe in honesty of flavours prepared with love, as is typical for the region. Our guests' needs always come first: we can accommodate all possible tastes in our restaurants: fish or meat, vegetarian or traditional, set menu or à la carte.
