Get to know your body better and find out how fit and flexible you really are. The staff of the «Gut Training» put an emphasis on physical
fitness and help you feel the real benefits of focussed training. The programme contains:
power yoga, fitness measurement, training programme, performance evaluation and tailor-made training based on the test results, training instructions for at home.
